The rules of buying from us.

This store is operated by CRESDO SDN BHD (Company No. 200701022609), a company registered in Malaysia and the exclusive sole distributor of GEARHALO in Malaysia. Our registered business address is 31-2, Jalan PJS 11/28b, Sunway Metro, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, and you can reach us at support@cresdo.com.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CRESDO SDN BHD trading as GEARHALO; “you” means the person placing an order or browsing the site.

By placing an order or using this site you accept these terms together with our delivery, refund, privacy and cookie policies.

You must be at least eighteen years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your parcel. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent or resale activity.

If we cancel a paid order, you get a full refund and we tell you why.

All prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable sales and service tax. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken in full before dispatch. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

We deliver within Malaysia only. Delivery is free across West Malaysia and a flat RM 15 per order to Sabah and Sarawak, with typical transit of two to five working days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for courier delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us — please make sure it is correct.

Every order is covered by our thirty-day smell-test guarantee, and damaged or incorrect items are replaced at our cost. The full detail, including what is not covered, sits in our refund policy and forms part of these terms.

Our pods are a deodorising and moisture-control product for footwear, bags and sports equipment. They are not a medicine, a disinfectant or a medical device, and we make no health or antibacterial claims.

• Keep pods away from small children and pets
• Do not eat the contents, and do not open the fabric pods
• Performance depends on how heavily and how often gear is used

We work hard to describe our products and their effects accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image or specification on this site is free of error. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from photographs. If a product is materially not as described, our refund policy applies.

The GEARHALO name and wordmark are used by CRESDO SDN BHD under exclusive distribution rights for Malaysia. The text, images and page designs on this site may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under it. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of income, damage to gear, or wasted time.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us, or any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would always rather settle a problem by email first — write to support@cresdo.com.
